Ingredients

2 cups Natural Peanut Butter
2 cups Splenda
4 eggs
3 cups Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (60% Cacao)
Tips
Try substituting 1 cup of coarsely chopped nuts for 1 cup of chocolate chips.
I bake a minute or two extra due to living at a higher altitude.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In mixing bowl combine peanut butter, splenda, and eggs. Mix well with wooden spoon until smooth and ingredients are evenly distributed. Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and place on baking stone. Flatten with bottom of glass or with fork (criss cross).
Bake 10-12 minutes or until firm/lightly browned.
Cool a few minutes, then place on wire rack. Cool completely.
Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
