Ingredients
-
36 Sugar Free Oreos (there are about 16 in 1 box)
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, room temperature
4 bags (about 20 pieces) of Hershey's Sugar Free milk chocolate candy
Tips
You may dress up the truffles by using additional crushed Oreos or sprinkles. Keep in mind that sprinkles are made of sugar, so the truffles will not be totally sugar free!

2. Pour crushed Oreos into a large mixing bowl and add cream cheese, mix together. You will no longer be able to see the white of the cream cheese or the Oreo cream when it is all mixed together.
3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Roll mixture into 1" balls
5. Freeze for about 30 min (these balls can be covered and stored in freezer for up to a week before being dipped in chocolate).
6. Unwrap all 20 pieces of Sugar Free chocolate and melt in microwave.
7. Using two forks, cover balls in chocolate. Hold above bowl to let excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place back onto baking sheet.
8. Add optional sprinkles at this time while chocolate it still melty.
9. Refrigerate covered balls for about 30 minutes (sugar free chocolate needs a little help to set).
