Introduction

Just as the title implies. Small salad pepers in red, yellow and orange cut into rings with Scallions and sliced white raw mushrooms sauteed with pre-cooked frozen shrimp that has been cleaned, De-veined, and tails taken off ready to just thaw and eat or thaw, heat and eat! Yummy!!! Just as the title implies. Ingredients

    ~(1) 12oz. Package Royal Tiger Shrimp - Frozen, Cooked Peeled No Tails
    [3oz Per Serving - (12oz = 4 Servings)]

    ~(6) "2 of each color Yellow, Orange & Red" Sweet Peppers Minis (Pero Family Farms)
    [2 Servings = 6 Peppers(170g)]

    ~(1) Cup Green Onion/Scallions

    ~(10) Medium White Raw Mushrooms "Whole With Stems"
    [Medium (5 per serving]

    ~(2) Tbsp - Bestlife Buttery Spread

    ~1/2 Tsp Sabor Latino Sazon Seasoning, 1.25 gram(s)

Tips

Try adding in other veggies. Shallots, Different kinds of onions, Fresh Garlic, snow peas, water chesnuts, almonds or cashews. Anything can taste great with this kind of dish and it takes only a few minutes to prepare and cook. Great if you have forgotten to take something out of the freezer for dinner!!!


Directions

Cut up all your veggies. In a separate colander place frozen shrimp and submerge into a pot of hot water. (From the tap or boiled it does not matter, only the time you will allow them to sit in the water will if its boiled water you use. Tap water works just fine). In a LARGE Saute pan place 2 Tablespoons of Buttery Spread on a medium-high heat and allow to melt, then add in all veggies, then shrimp and with a spatula keep tossing and sauteing in the pan until the veggies are of the desired tenderness preferred. You should cook everything for No more than 10 Minutes.Remove from heat, serve and eat!

Serving Size: 3 Very Hearty Servings with 4oz of Shrimp in Each Serving and Lots of Veggies!!!
