Introduction

Tweaked from a very old recipe from my mother! Tweaked from a very old recipe from my mother!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    2 cans tomatoes (1 stewed, 1 not)
    2 boxes of frozen corn
3 med. potatoes, sliced (peeled or not--doesn't matter)
    1 tsp garlic
1 bag of fresh green beans
1 cup or so of water
salt and pepper between each layer

Tips

Everything is tweaked! Original recipe calls for carrots instead of green beans, onions instead of garlic, and cooking in the oven at 350 for 1.5 hours instead of using the slow cooker.

Directions

Layer sliced potatoes, corn, ground beef, green beans, tomatoes, garlic and a cup or so of water in slow cooker. Cook on high 6 hours.
