Ingredients

    4 cups (cooked) Whole Wheat Pasta
    1lb Ground Turkey
    1cup shitake mushrooms
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 jar low sodium spaghetti sauce

Directions

Brown ground turkey until fully cooked, and drain off fat. Cook pasta according to package. In a separate sauce pan saute mushrooms and onions. Once soft, add spaghetti sauce and cooked turkey. Add sauce to pasta and serve.
