Ingredients
-
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
4 cups So Delicious Coconut Milk- Unsweetened
dash salt
1 tsp McKormick vanilla extract
*you can add coffee (I like Starbucks Via packs because they don't thin out the hot chocolate), pumpkin spice, or cinnamon to taste to make flavored hot chocolate.
Directions
whisk together sugar, chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup of the coconut milk to a medium saucepan and cook just to a boil on medium heat.
Slowly whisk in the rest of the coconut milk, a dash of salt, and the vanilla into the mixture and heat through.
Fill up a preheated thermos or portion out into mugs and enjoy. You can top with marshmallows or drizzle my salted caramel on top...the recipe is in my collection.
Serving Size: This recipe yields approx five 6oz servings.
