Ingredients

    4 Weetabix (kellogs or Sanitarium)
    200g mixed dried fruit
    330g brown sugar
    600ml non-fat milk
    600g self raising flour
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon mixed spice
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    soak weetabix, fruit & sugar in milk 24 hours prior to baking
    add flour, eggs, mixed spice & baking powder to soaked mix - and mix together gently
    put mix in baking cups and bake
    BEST EATEN WARM!

Directions

190 degrees for 20 mins
