Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Onions, raw, chopped 112 grams
    Olive oil Napolina light & Mild, 1 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 10 grams
    Cheddar Cheese Mature or any strong cheese 80 gram(s)
    Mashed potato made with butter & milk 420 gram(s)
    Paprika, 0.5 tsp

Tips

Sweet potatoes are a good alternative to ordinary!
Serve with a fresh green salad or vegetables. Tastes good cold for picnics too!


Directions

Preheat halogen cooker to 180C
Grate cheese and mix with Parmesan. Grease a 8" casserole or deep pie dish. Arrange half the mashed potato in the bottom.
Fry onion in the olive oil until opaque and starting to brown!
Pour onion on top of potato layer and smooth evenly over the top! Cover with an even layer of half the cheese.
Use the rest of potato over the top and smooth to the edges of dish to cover all.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese evenly on top.
Sprinkle the paprika over!
Bake in halogen cooker for 30 mins or until brown and heated through, turning heat to 190C when you put it in. Turn down to 180C for last 15 minutes. Serve 2
