Ingredients

    Tilapia filets, 8oz
    Tossed Salad, .5 cup
    Sour cream, fat free, 100grams
    Ortega Whole Wheat Taco Shells, 4 Shells
    Colby Cheese, shredded, Low Fat, .5 cup
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix, 4tsp

Directions

Sprinkle tilapia filets with taco seasoning. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until fish flakes.
Flake fish into desired sizes to put into taco shells.
Add tossed salad, sour cream, and cheese to taste.
