Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey (or lean beef)
    2 pkgs of low sodium taco seasoning
    1 jar of chunky salsa (24 to 32 oz)
    8 oz of fat free cream cheese
    1 cup of grated cheese (mexican)

Tips

Serve with taco chips for dipping or on a bed of lettuce for a meal


Directions

brown ground turkey, add taco seasoning - pour into 13 x 9 pan. Meanwhile microwave cream cheese until soft, stir in salsa (don't worry if cream cheese is chunky). Pour over ground turkey mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until hot and bubbly.
