Introduction

Ingredients

15 oz can of PURE pumpkin
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
dash nutmeg
Tips
**You can use sugar free maple syrup to reduce the calorie count almost in half, but it will no longer be considered "clean eating" because of the artificial ingredients. You decide what's best for you!
Directions
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, mix together the pumpkin mush and maple syrup until they’re both fully combined.
Continue to stir the pumpkin slowly for about 10 - 15 minutes, or until the mixture had thickened to a desirable consistency. (DON'T stop stirring--it will burn!!)
Once the mixture is to the thickness of your liking, take the pan off the heat and add all of your spices (a dash of salt is optional, but adds a nice touch to the flavoring).
Enjoy!
