Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 medium tomato

Directions

1. Cut tomato in half. Cut off top and bottom so it will sit flat.

2. Place 1/2 of cheese on each tomato half.

3. Place in microwave for 30-60 seconds until cheese melts or place uner broiler for 1 minutes till cheese melts.
