    1 cup King Arthur Unbleached AP Flour
    1 cup King Arthur Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup French Vanilla almond granola (Roundy's)
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 cup Almond Milk
    1/2 cup Brown Sugar
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 Large egg
    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    6 oz Fresh Blackberries


I quartered the blackberries.


Mix flours, granola, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Separately mix wet ingredients with sugars. Fold together wet and dry ingredients, adding blackberries. Fill into oil-sprayed muffing pan. Bake on 400f until a toothpick comes out clean, approx 23 min.

Serving Size: Makes six large size muffins or twelve small
