Introduction

Slice red chili pepper and remove seeds. Put Shrimps and Squid in a bowl. Add Red Chili Peppers, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice and Honey. Mix well and allow to marinate. Minimum 30 minutes, I tend to do overnight.

Take a frying pan, and spray some olive oil. Cook Shrimps and Squid until ready, adding some of the marinade to keep moist.

Voila and enjoy!

    Juice of 1 lemon
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp

    Pietro Coricelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( 1 serving 10 Sprays),

Tips

Cooking time for Shrimps and Squid depend on the size you are using. I like to add the entire marinade when there is 1 minute to go on the shrimps / squid. I can then dip in my steamed veggies which are a great and healthy side dish!
