Ingredients

    6 Eggs, large
    12 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
    4 Jalapeno Peppers, fresh, diced or 12 oz. jar sliced
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Beat eggs together. Add diced fresh jalapenos and shredded cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients and transfer to prepared pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
