Ingredients

1 cup (16 Tbsp) smooth peanut butter
1 cup (16 Tbsp) salted, sweet cream butter
1 pound (453 grams) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Tips
line pan (sides and bottom) with wax paper for easy removal
Directions
1) Melt peanut butter and butter in large microwave bowl, mix well
2) Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, make sure it will combined
3) Put into 8x8 pan, flatten and smooth out. For easier removal, line pan with wax paper
4) Refrigerate or freeze until solid
5) Remove from pan and slice on a chopping board - should not be soft or liquid
