    2 eggs lightly beaten
    2 Tbs grated parmesan
    1 c bread crumbs
    dry basil leaves

    Red Wine Sauce:
    1/2 c chopped onion
    2 tbs minced garlic
    1/2 c diced bell pepper
    1/2 c red wine
    1/4 c balsamic vinegar
    1 tbs brown sugar
    chopped fresh parsley and basil
