Ingredients

    100 grams of Low Fat Yogurt
    30 grams of diced cucumber
    15 grams of thinly sliced shallots
    5 grams of minced garlic
    25 mls of lemon juice
    sprinkle of paprika
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add all the ingredients into bowl and combine.

Serve with anything from meat, crackers or to be healthy sticks of vegetables.
