Ingredients

Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 4 cup
Mozzarella Cheese Part skim, 8 serving
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Parsley, dried, 0.5 tbsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.25 tsp
Classico Italian sausage spaghetti sauce, 1 cup
Classico Tomato basil Spaghetti Sauce, 1 cup

Tips

To cut calories, I cut zucchini in half and hallow it out. Then put the cheese mixture in it instead of the noodles.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Cook noodles according to package. When noodles are finished, lay out on aluminum foil so they don't stick together.
-Meanwhile, combine the following ingredients:
Ricotta cheese, Egg, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg, 1 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan.
-Use a spoon and stuff the noodles with the cheese mixture. And place in 9x13 dish (greased with PAM)
-Cover with 2 cups of sauce and remaining cheese.
-Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 mins
