Introduction

A high protein way to start your day! This is my daily breakfast, and the other two servings go to my kids for breakfast or snack. Try letting them pick the fruits and pair the flavors to find their favorites! This is SOOOO filling - no problem making it through to lunch. A high protein way to start your day! Ingredients

    Fat free Greek Yogurt - 1 cup
    Plain soymilk - 1 cup
    Ground flaxseed - 2 tablespoons
    EAS or other protein powder - 2 scoops (1 serving)
    Frozen berry mix - 1 cup
    Water - 1 cup (or to taste)
    Frozen banana - half of one medium

Directions

Blend together and enjoy! Best with frozen berries and banana, though fresh can be used. If you use fresh, then add a couple of ice cubes. Add more or less water depending on your preference for thickness. Add a scoop of Benefiber if you want a higher fiber shake, or try a flavored yogurt or soy milk if sugar is not an issue.
