Ingredients

    1 lb of lean ground beef
    1 can of black beans
    1 can of kidney beans
    1 can (29oz) of tomato sauce

    Your own spices and seasonings. I usually use garlic, black pepper, and cilantro.

Tips

Great for a slow cooker.


Directions

brown the beef. add everything else. Cook.
