Ingredients

    6 garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp olive oil
    1 - 19 oz can white kidney beans
    2 tbsps lemon juice
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    2 Tbsps olive oil
    1 Tbsp Ground Sage

Directions

roaste garlic cloves with 1/2 tsp olive oil

Then mix all ingredients in food processor add raosted garlic and grind again until mixture is smooth

Add salt & pepper to taste.

    This is delicious!!! I used a 15.5 oz. can of beans instead of 19 oz. A serving = 2 heaping tablespoons. - 1/21/10
