Ingredients

    3 cans tuna in water, drained
    2 tsp butter, melted in pot
    1/3 cup flour
    2 cups milk
    pepper and salt to taste

Tips

I eat this on toast, and often boil some pasta and add peas for a tuna casserole. I like to keep extra on hand for easy, quick meals.


Directions

Melt butter in pan, and blend flour with salt, pepper and one cup of the milk with a wisk in a separate container. Add the other 2 cups of milk to the melted butter, and then add the flour mixture, stirring constantly over medium heat until it thickens. Turn heat down and add drained tuna until heated through.

Serving Size: makes 9 ---1/3 cups servings, 3 cups total
