Introduction

A quick easy pasta salad I throw together and keep on hand all week. A quick easy pasta salad I throw together and keep on hand all week.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

Half a box medium pasta shells, cooked and drained
    1 can chicken breast, drained
2 tbsp mayo (I use Duke's because I love the flavor)
    2 cups frozen peas
    Any herbs or spices

Tips

Can also use low-fat mayo and whole wheat pasta to make healthier. I just used what I had on hand. I prefer smaller amounts of real mayo to the low-fat or fat-free stuff. Can also serve over a green salad. The more veggies the better.

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Throw peas into pasta water 1 min before done to just thaw bring back to a boil and drain. Rinse with cold water till cool to the touch. Add chicken and mayo. Mix and refrigerate till cold. Or if you are impatient serve yourself a serving and place in freezer for 10 min to chill.
