2 onions, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
2 t salt
1 t dried mustard
5 carrots sliced

combine stock,peas,salt,mustard, and bay leaf in lg pot.
bring to boil, simmer 20 min. Prep veggies. Saute in 1 T o.o. Add to peas. Simmer additional 40 min
