Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Thin Pork chops 5 boneless, pan-fried,
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, .5 cup, chopped
    fresh mushrooms sliced 1 1/2 cups
    Sherry, dry, .5 fl. oz
    Gravy mix
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 1/3 cup
    beef bullion cube
    Water 1 cup
    Egg Noodles 9 oz cooked

Tips

*I use Mc Cormick brown gravy mix
*beef bullion can be left out.


Directions

Pan fry pork chops in oil until done. Remove and keep warm. Sautee onion and mushrooms in hot pan until soft, then add sherry. Add gravy mix, 1/2 to 1 beef bullion cube, and water to pan. mix well and heat to boiling. Slowly add heavy cream and return to slight boil. Add meat back to the pan. Serve meat and sauce over noodles
