    *Velveeta Cheese Product, 8 oz (remove)
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) (remove)
    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 2 cup (remove)
    *Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheet Ready-to-Bake, 1.5 oz (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)


Cook chicken and dice. mix cream of chicken soup (may take less than the two cups) with the mixed vegetable and mix in chicken. Put in bottom of casserole pan and top with cut up velveeta. Put puff pastry over the top and brush egg white on the top. bake @ 350 for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Serving Size: makes 9 3x3 pieces
