Ingredients

    2c HM Insta Bake
    2 TBSP sugar
    2 TBSP butter
    1 egg
    2/3 c milk

    stresusel topping

    2/3 c HM inta-bake
    2/3 c brown sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 c firm butter

Directions

preheat oven to 375. Grease 9x1 1/2 inch round cake pan. Combine the first two ingredients in a bowl and cut in butter until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients, except topping and beat for 20 strokes. Spread in prepared pan: sprinkle with topping. Bake 25-30 min.
Topping: Combine and miz all streusel ingredients with a fork. Sprinkle on top of batter.
