Introduction

This is a great way to make sure that you get a good start to your day weather on the go or able to sit with a cup of coffee adding an egg on side of your bar. The ingredients can be changed to lower the carbs as well as the calories, but I love to have the bulk of my carbs at the beginning of my day so that I can work them off at a good pace! Tips

Honey can be sub'ed for Brown Sugar. Butter can actually be omitted, I just love the flavor plus I feel like I am missing something. Also, Soy Milk or skim or 1 %can be used instead of Whole Milk.
