Ingredients

    3 Cups cooked and drained Chickpeas, reserve liquid
    Juice of 1 Lemon
    3 cloves of garlic, crushed
    4 Tablespoons Tahini
    1 Teaspoon Cumin
    1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
    1/4 Teaspoon Paprika



Tips

*Add 2 Tablespoons salt if using dried Chickpeas.
**Add 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives for out-of this-world flavor!


Directions

No cooking!! Place all ingredients in 4 Cup or larger food processor. Process till smooth. Enjoy!
