Ingredients

    2 c. whole wheat pasta (dry)
    14 large cooked shrimp (frozen OK)
    1 c. peas
    20 cherry tomatoes
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 tbsp. shredded parmesan
    3 cloves garlic

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions
Finely chop garlic & toast in olive oil.
Slice tomatoes into halves or quarters and add to garlic. Toss and cook until tomatoes begin to break down a bit. Add peas. Add shrimp and toss. Toss mixture with pasta. Add parmesan & final toss.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
