    3/4 c. uncooked long-grain rice
    13 oz. can premium chunk chicken breast, drained and shredded
    1/3 c. Frank's RedHot original hot sauce
    1/2 c. buttermilk ranch salad dessing
    1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 7x11 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Cook rice according to package directions. Add shredded chicken. Stir to combine. Add Hot sauce and dressing. Mix thoroughly to combine.
Spread in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
