Quick fast smoothie for breakfast lunch or late night snack.
This is a Daniel Fast friendly breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

    2 slices Canned Pineapple (packed in juice), and some of the juice
    1 frozen banana, chunked
    4 frozen strawberries (whole is fine)
    1 cup soy milk (plain)

Tips

peel and freeze ripe bananas, strawberries and other fruits to use instead of ice for a thick, cold smoothie without watering it down.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender, blend till smooth. May need to add a bit more soy milk to encourage blending if fruit is a bit bigger (or you dont have a super cool blender)

Serving Size: Makes 2 1- 6 oz servings
