Ingredients

    Barilla Lasagne No Boil Noodles - 6 noodles
    Jennie-O Hot Italian Turkey Sausage, 5 links
    Dole Baby Spinach 6 oz
    Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbs
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 oz
    Bertolli Tomato and Basil Sauce, 2.5 cup

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375 F.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook till translucent, about 4 minutes. Add garlic to the skillet and cook one more minute. Next turn heat up to med-high and add the sausage to the skillet, casings removed. Cook until meat is browned. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings to taste. Next add entire bag of baby spinach to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine shredded cheeses. Spray 9x9 glass baking dish with nonstick spray.

Layer ingredients in this order:

1/5 cup sauce
2 noodles
half of meat mixture
1/3 of cheese mix
1/2 cup sauce
2 noodles
remaining meat mixture
1/3 of cheese mix
1/2 cup sauce
2 noodles
1/2 cup sauce
last 1/3 of cheese mix

Cover with foil and bake for 50-60 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and cook 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
