Ingredients

    2lb Beef Chuck Roast
    3 Cloves of garlic minced
    1 medium yellow onion diced
    3 large carrots rough cut or 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
    2 small zucchini rough chopped
    2 small yellow squash rough chopped
    2tsp Grey Sea Salt
    1tsp Fresh ground black pepper
    3 cups of water

Tips

Adding a can of crushed tomatoes with green chilies, Cayenne pepper and some cumin makes for excellent taco filling.


Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
