    ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
    ¼ cup dried cranberries
    ¼ cup chopped dates (or raisins)
    ¼ cup chopped walnuts (or leave out)
    ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 cup honey
    1/4 cup almond butter
    1/4 tsp almond extract
    3 tablespoons flax seed powder
