    basil 5-6 leaves
    1tsp sugar
    1 tsp olive oil

Tips

serve with boiled or thai sticky rice, can substitute prawna, minced pork is what it more commonly comes with in thailand, also a fried egg on top is delicious, but can poach to save the fat and calories, the egg can help if the dish is too spicy, green beans and okra also are good additions to the dish


Directions

chop garlic and chillis then add everything into the pan and cook to get the flavours going, if you have pestal and mortar, put garlic chillis sugar and basil into this will enhance the flavour and will be very very hot, try 2 chillis to start then get braver in future
