I used the healthy Request soup to lower sodium. I used the healthy Request soup to lower sodium.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 - 10.75 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 - 10 oz. package frozen peas and carrots (plain)
    8 oz. cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 frozen hash brown patties


I also added some pimento for color and flavor. Minimal nutritional value. However, if you add cheese as a garnish, you will need to add it in nutritional panel.


Preheat oven to 375* F. Brown cubed chicken. Mix together with soup and peas and carrots.
Put mixture in buttered 5X9 casserole dish.
Place hash brown patties on top. Bake uncovered for 55 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
