    Combine all ingredients above.


Add a bit of hot sauce, or worcestershire sauce, or other seasonings as desired.


Mix all ingredients and place in a 9 x 5 loaf pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake approximately 45 minutes, or until temperature registers 165 degrees.
