Ingredients

    8 hard boiled eggs
    3 Tbsp light mayo
    1 tsp dry mustard. (cal counter doesnt have dry so used yellow mustard in calculations)

just looking for nutritional breakdown of my recipe.. All the kids seem to like this ratio.


Directions

hard boiled eggs~ cover eggs with water, bring to boil. Cover & turn off heat (leave on burner) wait 10 minutes. Cool with cold water & peel.
Cut each egg in half. Separate yolks & mash with mayo & dry mustard. Spoon into empty egg white halves. Sprinke with paprika or garnish with slices green onion.

Serving Size: makes 16 half-egg servings
