Introduction

Ingredients

    20 strawberrys chopped
    2 cans of sweenened pinnapples whole
    1 apple chopped
    2 bananas chopped
    1/2 can of cherries whole
    25 blueberrys (optional)

Tips

i ususaly make my bowl firs so that if i made it to sweet or not sweet enought i can fix it right quick.


Directions

chop up your fruit and add it all together in a big bowl and add a lottle bit of water and about 1 cup of sugar.

Serving Size: 2 scoops fill me up.

    Incredible!
    Since cherries are currently in season, I added 1 cup of fresh pitted cherries. Also, I used 1 can of pineapple instead of two. My family loved this! - 7/28/14
