Ingredients

    10 grams chopped green onion
    24 grams chopped white mushroom
    4 grams baby spinach
    24 grams chopped red pepper
    1/4 t. tex mex seasoning
    1 tablespoon roasted red pepper & onion relish
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon of milk
    1 teaspoon of olive oil
    1 whole wheat pita

Directions

Sautee onion, mushroom, spinach, red pepper in olive oil.

Mix egg and milk in small bowl, add Tex Mex seasoning. Add egg to vegetables in pan, mix until cooked.

Place relish in the pita, add egg and veggies, and eat.

Serving Size: Makes one burrito.
