Ingredients

    2 lbs. beef chuck cut into 1" cubes
    1/4 c. rice flour
    1 1/2 t salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 can tomato sauce, plus 1 c. water
    1 t Worchestershire sauce (lea and Perrins)
    1 stalk celery
    1 clove garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1 t. paprika
    2 carrots sliced
    3 potatoes, cut up
    1-2 onions
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 can green beans, drained

Tips

can be made with regular flour as well.


Directions

place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hrs (high 5-6) Stir thoroughly before serving.
