Ingredients

    3 heaping tablespoons cornmeal
    2 heaping tablespoons whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup non-fat buttermilk
    Water

Directions

Combine dry ingredients, stir.
Add wet ingrediants, stir.
Batter should be the consistency of thick gravy.
Bake at 350 degrees in muffins tin until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
