Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Beef, round steak, 12 oz (remove)
    Salt, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 12 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)
    *Sazón Goya (Sazón with Azafrán), 1 serving (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)

Tips

You can serve the soup with crusty italian garlic bread on top.


Directions


Serving Size: 10
Put oil on a heavy botton pot, add meat (cut in small pieces), brown the meat. Add the chopped onions, and all the seasonings, add the tomatoes (chopped) and oregano. Once, everything is incorporated, cook it for 5 to 10 min, stirring a couple of times. Pour the chicken broth and bring it to a boil (once it boils , you can add angel pasta to be cooked in the soup, optional) cook it for about 15 min. Once the soup is done, pour a can of evaporated milk into the soup, mix and serve.
