Ingredients

    Pillsbury roll out pie crust (1) 9" crust,
    1 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean
    1 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    Potato, raw, 1 small , chopped
    1 cup Red Sweet peppers (bell), chopped
    1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp black Pepper

Tips

If you don't have a cookie cutter, flour the top of a drinking glass to use as a cutter for the pie crust


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large frying pan, Brown ground beef with onion and peppers, salt and pepper to taste.
Add crushed red pepper and potato cook until potatoe is soft and has absorbed any liquid.
break up meat and mash potatoe into mixture as you are cooking, remove from heat to allow to cool.
Meanwhile, roll out pie crust on a floured serface.
cut into med sized circles.
Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each circle, fold over and seal edge with a fork.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 to 40 min.
