Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb lean ground beef

    1egg

    1/2 tspn salt

    1/2 tspn pepper

    1 tblspns garlic powder(if you like garlic add a little more)

    1tblspns oregano

    1 tblespn parsley

    12 saltine crackers (if it dousnt hold together use more. also you can use unsalted or oyster crackers to lower the sodium)

    2 cups tomatoe sauce

    1 cup parmesan cheese

Tips

i serve this up on top of rice with a simple salad to go with. the sauce frome the meatloaf gives the rice an excalent flavor.


Directions

first off spray a metal cake pan (need the raised sides) with cooking spay so it wont stick. next crush the crackers. mix in all ingradiants except cheese and tomatoe sauce. part in half and place both in the cake pan. cook for about 10 minutes then pour sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese.
