Ingredients

    1/2 cup dark brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups oat bran
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling
    4 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 teaspoons cinnamon

    First add all dry ingredients and mix. Add wet and let sit for 10 minutes. Cook at 400 in greased muffin pan for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
