Ingredients

    Soy milk 4 cups
    seitan 1 package of chicken style in water
    green beans fresh or frozen 2 cups
    vegan sour cream 1/4 cup
    whole wheat pasta 8 oz any shape
    onions 1 medium
    garlic 3 cloves
    flour 2 tablespoons
    all spices to taste
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    nutmeg

Tips

Adding a pinch of nutmeg to this will amp up the flavor and make it more of a white sauce.
The original recipe call for mushrooms, however any vegetable will do.


Directions

cook onion, garlic, and green beans in olive oil for 5 - 10 minutes. Place all ingredients except flour in crock pot and cook on high for 1.5 hours. Add flour at the end to thicken the sauce.
