Introduction

Ingredients

    Lean Ground Beef
    Kitchen Bouquet
    Small Onion
    Frozen Persian Vegetables
    Tomato Juice
    Garlic Salt (optional)

Directions

Instead of Soy Sauce,(that was the closest description I could find) I use Kitchen Bouquet Seasoning, and instead of mixed vegis, I use Frozen Persian Vegetables.

Brown the beef slowly, what little fat there is is good for flavor so no need to drain.

Add: 4 C. Tomato Juice
3 C. Frozen Persian Vegetables
Small Onion, chopped up
11/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Dash of course Garlic salt
Simmer until onions are tender.

Serving Size: Males 6 1-Cup servings
